Nicole Herschmann

Real estate specialist, real estate economist (wbs), authorized signatory

Nicole Herschmann has been an authorized signatory of Thorwart Immobilienmanagement GmbH since 2019. As a real estate economist, she always creates the best solutions for the long-term value preservation of the properties in an interdisciplinary exchange with landlords, tenants and project-related partners. Nicole Herschmann is a member of the examination board of the IHK Ostthüringen in Gera for office management, real estate management and real estate specialists in Gera and Altenburg.
